Aggrenox (Generic name: Dipyridamole/Acetylsalicylic Acid) is a prescription medication used to reduce the stroke in patients who have had “mini-strokes” (transient ischemic attack or TIA) or a previous stroke due to a blood clot and are at high risk for another stroke. Aggrenox Side Effects:
