Find Quick Relief from Malaria with Quinine Sulfate

Friday, May 13th, 2011

Strong odors emanating from the feet can be the favorite biting place of malaria-spreading mosquitoes, and when it does strike, fast-acting and effective Canadian drugs like Quinine Sulfate tablets help in treating malaria.

April 25 is celebrated as World Malaria Day. The theme in 2011 is “Achieving Progress and Impact” and aims at bringing deaths due to malaria to zero by the year 2015.
Malaria spreads through infected mosquito bites and affects nearly half a billion people across 106 countries in Asia, Latin America, and Africa. After 50 long years, the worldwide medical community is set to effectively reduce the percentage of deaths due to malaria, worldwide.

New Research For Potential Malaria Vaccine Treatment

Tuesday, December 28th, 2010

Malaria is thought to be responsible for almost a million deaths annually with most of the deaths occurring in under fives in Africa.

But there is some potentially great news, as it has been broadcast that new research is to be undertaken to stop the parasites responsible for causing malaria from entering the body. The research will be carried out by three worldwide leaders in malaria research: Merck also called MSD, PATH Malaria Vaccine Initiative and NYU Langone Medical Center. They will team up to develop a way to target a certain protein on the malarial parasites.

The protein which they are evaluating is thought to be a possible breakthrough which may help to develop better treatments for early phases of malaria. The researchers believe that a new method which hinders a critical function of the protein can prevent the parasites from entering the liver, a necessary action in the cause of malaria.

Information About The New Malaria Vaccine
A professor from NYU stated that they believe that they can improve the design of existing vaccines by intentionally affecting the function of the protein. The motivation for pursuing this process derives from the understanding of the vaccine technology in addition to the targeting of a specific protein known to induce a reaction from the immune system in patients with malaria.

Dr John Shiver from Merck reiterated his belief in vaccinations against disease. He also said that he believes the continued research in the combat against the parasites that cause malaria. A spokesperson from PATH Malaria Vaccine Initiative said that he trusts that with the new vaccine just around the corner, there is potential for even more efficient treatments which will save more lives.

The new vaccine treatment is firstly being tested primarily in infants less than a year old, and it is thought that it will be employed to aid the prevention of malaria across the globe to people who are at risk of the most harmful type of malaria parasite, and could later prevent other types of malaria also.

Drugs Available From Canadian Pharmacies Online
Current vaccinations and medications are available from Canadian pharmacies online, including Quinine Sulfate tablet, an RX drug designed to fight malaria caused by the toxoplasma parasite. If you need any information on anti malaria medications that you wish to purchase, this can be obtained by contacting the online drug supplier who have qualified pharmacists that can give you the information that you require.
