Qtern (Dapagliflozin/Saxagliptin Hydrochloride) is used to control high blood sugar (hyperglycemia) in people with type 2 diabetes. Dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitors like Saxagliptin regulate the levels of insulin your body produces after eating. This drug is for adults with type 2 diabetes. It is not for type 1 diabetes.
