Duaklir Genuair ((Aclidinium Bromide/Formoterol Fumarate Dihydrate) is a prescription inhaler used for adults who have difficulties breathing due to a lung disease called chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). In patients with COPD, the airways and air sacs in the lungs become damaged or blocked. Aclidinium belongs to the class of medications called long-acting muscarinic antagonists. Formoterol belongs to the class of medications known as bronchodilators. Duaklir Genuair works by keeping the airways open and allowing the patient to breathe more easily. This medication causes the muscles to relax, which keeps the airways open and helps with the patient’s breathing. The recommended dose of Duaklir Genuair is one inhalation twice a day.
