K-Dur Information:

K-Dur (Generic name: Potassium Chloride) is a supplement drug used to prevent or treat low levels of potassium (hypokalemia) in the blood. Potassium deficiencies can be caused by certain diseases or taking certain medications. Low blood levels of potassium is a metabolic disorder occurs when the levels of potassium in your blood is lower than normal. The most common symptoms of potassium deficiency including depression, dry skin, fatigue, insomnia, irregular heartbeat, muscle weakness, nausea, never disorders, vomiting, and weakness. K-Dur Side Effects:

The most common K-Dur side effects are diarrhea, gas, headache, nausea, and upset stomach. If you are experiencing any severe side effects such as confusion, extreme thirsty, fast heartbeat, muscle weakness, numbness, and a sign of serious allergic reaction (e.g., difficult breathing; itching; rash; swelling), please inform your doctor immediately.

K-Dur Precautions:

Do NOT take K-Dur oral if you are allergic to Potassium Chloride or any of the ingredients in K-Dur medication. Before taking K-Dur tablets, tell your doctor if you have had any medical conditions such as Addison’s disease, chronic diarrhea, dehydrated, tissue injuries or severe burns, heart disease, high blood pressure, and kidney disease. Tell your doctor about all the prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medications you use. They may interact with K-Dur drug, especially of: ACE inhibitors, ARB drugs, enalapril (Vasotec), water pills, and other prescription drugs may increase the potassium levels.
