Myinfla Information

Myinfla (a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug or NSAID) is used to relieve mild to moderate pain, reduce inflammation, and lower fever. It is commonly used for conditions such as headaches, muscle aches, dental pain, menstrual cramps, and the pain and inflammation associated with arthritis. Inflammation is the body's response to injury or infection, typically characterized by swelling, pain, heat, and redness. Myinfla works by targeting specific enzymes in the body, primarily cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2), which are involved in the production of prostaglandins. Prostaglandins are natural substances that contribute to pain, inflammation, and fever. By inhibiting these enzymes, Myinfla helps to reduce the levels of prostaglandins, thereby alleviating symptoms.

Myinfla Side Effects

The most common side effects of Myinfla may include abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, dizziness, drowsiness, headache, indigestion, nausea, and heartburn. These side effects are usually mild and temporary. Call your doctor right away if you have any of the serious side effects, such as:
• Black, tarry, or bloody stools (signs of gastrointestinal bleeding);
• Chest pain, sudden weakness on one side of the body, shortness of breath, slurred speech (signs of heart attack or stroke);
• Decreased urination or swelling in the legs/feet (signs of kidney problems);
• New or worsening high blood pressure;
• Severe allergic reaction, such as rash, breathing difficulties, swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat;
• Severe skin reactions (e.g., severe rash with redness, blistering, or peeling);
• Unexplained weight gain or swelling (fluid retention);
• Unusual bruising or bleeding;
• Yellowing of skin or eyes (signs of liver problems).

Myinfla Precautions

Do not use Myinfla if you are allergic to Myinfla or any of its ingredients or if you have had an allergic reaction (like asthma, hives, or severe swelling) to aspirin or other NSAIDs. Before you start using this medication, tell your doctor about your medical history, including if you have a history of ulcers or bleeding in the stomach or intestines, Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis, heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney disease, liver disease, asthma, bleeding disorders, or if you smoke or drink alcohol regularly. Tell your doctor if you are dehydrated or have been ill with vomiting or diarrhea. Tell your doctor about all your medications, including prescription, OTC, herbal supplements, and vitamins. There may be a drug interaction between Myinfla and other medications, such as blood thinners (anticoagulants like warfarin), corticosteroids, diuretics, ACE inhibitors, angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs), lithium, aspirin, other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), methotrexate, and certain antidepressants (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, SSRIs, or serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors, SNRIs). Concurrent use of alcohol can increase the risk of stomach bleeding. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant before using Myinfla. NSAIDs, especially during the third trimester (at 20 weeks gestation or later), can harm the fetus and cause problems with labour or delivery. Generally, the use of NSAIDs is not recommended in the last trimester of pregnancy. Inform your doctor if you are breastfeeding or planning to breastfeed before using Myinfla. Small amounts of NSAIDs may pass into breast milk, but typically, they are considered safe for use during breastfeeding for short periods; always consult your doctor for personalized advice. Do not use this medicine in children without talking to your doctor. Dosage and suitability in children depend on age and specific conditions. In older adults, there is an increased risk of serious side effects, including gastrointestinal bleeding, heart problems, and kidney problems; your doctor will monitor you closely.

Use your medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Myinfla comes as a tablet or capsule. Swallow the tablet or capsule whole with a full glass of water. Do not crush, chew, or break it, especially if it is an extended-release formulation. You can take Myinfla with food or milk to help reduce stomach upset. Taking it with food may slightly delay absorption, but it helps minimize gastrointestinal side effects. Be consistent with how you take it. Do not lie down for at least 10 minutes after taking the tablet. Take Myinfla at the same time(s) each day to help you remember. Do not exceed the recommended dose or duration of treatment without consulting your doctor. Using more than prescribed or for more extended periods can increase the risk of serious side effects. Store Myinfla at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Keep all medicines out of reach of children.
