Twynsta Information:

Twynsta (amlodipine and telmisartan) is a medication which is used to treat the condition known as hypertension or high blood pressure as it is most commonly known as. It is not uncommon for this medication to be used in conjunction with other medications of similar purpose. Amlodipine belong to a group of medications which are known as calcium channel blockers, these types of drug work by being able to relax the muscle and the blood vessels of the patients heart. Telmisartan is a drug that is able to keep the blood vessels from becoming of a narrow shape; therefore it is used to improve the blood flow to and from the heart. Twynsta Side Effects:

Dizziness, weakness, swellings, rapid weight gain, weak pulse, urinating less than normal, jaundice and chest pains are all side effects which are associated with the use of this medication. Whilst using this medication you should take care from sitting up from a lying position as you may feel dizzy. Get up whilst supporting yourself to prevent any falls as a result of dizziness.
