Vesicare Information:

Vesicare (Generic name: Solifenacin Succinate) is a prescription medication used to treat symptoms associated with overactive bladder, such as urinary urgency (a need to urinate right away), urinary frequency, and urge incontinence (leaking or wetting caused by an unstoppable urge to urinate). Solifenacin Succinate belongs to a class of drugs known as antispasmodics. Solifenacin works by relaxing the muscles in the bladder to improve your ability to control the urination. It helps to reduce bladder spasms, the urge to pass urine, and the frequency of urination. Take Vesicare tablets exactly as it was prescribed for you.

Vesicare Side Effects:

The most common Vesicare side effects include as abdominal pain, constipation, cough, dry eyes, dry mouth, heartburn, nausea, and unusual tiredness. If you are experiencing any serious side effects such as severe abdominal pain, high blood pressure, urination problems, or symptoms of an allergic reaction (e.g., difficult breathing; hiving; itching; rash; swelling), please inform your doctor immediately.

Vesicare Precautions:

Do NOT take Vesicare if you are allergic to Solifenacin or any of the ingredients in Vesicare medication. Before taking Vesicare oral, tell your doctor if you have had any medical conditions such as bladder problems, difficult urinating, gastric retention, glaucoma, heart disease, kidney or liver disease. Tell your doctor about all the prescriptions and over-the-counter (OTC) medications you use. They may interact with Vesicare drug, especially of: anticholinergic, antidepressants, antihistamines, antispasmodic, antipsychotic, and etc.
