Vyloma Cream Information:

Vyloma (Generic name: Imiquimodl) is used to treat external genital warts (EGW) and perianal warts caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV) in adults. Imiquimodl belongs to a class of medications called immune response modifiers that work by stimulating your body’s own immune system’s to fight certain types of skin diseases. Brand Vyloma is manufactured by Valeant from Canada. Vyloma comes in sachet and pump form, available in 3.75 % and 3.75 %/7.5 gm cream. Use Vyloma exactly as it was prescribed for you.

Vyloma Cream Side Effects:

The most common Vyloma side effects are burning sensations, skin dryness, redness, swelling, or irritation at the application area. If you are experiencing any severe side effects such as chest pain, chills, fever, increased blood pressure, muscle aches, symptoms of an infection, or serious allergic reaction (e.g., difficult breathing, hives, rash, swelling), please inform your doctor immediately.

Vyloma Cream Precautions:

Do not use Vyloma if you are allergic to Imiquimodl or any of other ingredients in this medication. Use sunscreen and protective clothing that protects you from the sun. Avoid sexual contact while the cream is on your skin. Before taking Vyloma, tell your doctor if you have had any conditions affecting the immune system such as HIV/AIDS, lupus and psoriasis.
