After 60 minutes, remove the pouch and dispose of it properly. Do not chew or swallow Zyn. This medication is harmful when swallowed. Use Zyn only to manage Nicotine cravings. However, do not use more than the recommended number of pouches per day to reduce the risk of nicotine addiction. Zyn is not for use by non-smokers or occasional smokers.
