Crolom (Generic name: Cromolyn sodium ophthalmic solution, also known as Opticrom) is an anti-allergy agent that comes in the form of eye drops. Crolom eye drops are used to temporary relieve symptoms of seasonal (vernal) allergic conjunctivitis, keratoconjunctivitis or keratitis.
