How to Order

Order online using our secure checkout

1. Search for the medication you are interested in purchasing.
2. Click “Add to Cart”.
3. Then select “Begin Checkout” if your shopping is complete, or “Continue Shopping” if you would like to add more items.
4. Select either new customer or enter your user name and password if you are a repeat customer.
5. Enter your contact information including name, address, phone number and email address.

Order over the phone

1. Call our customer care department between the hours of 6:30AM and 6:00 PM Monday to Friday or between 8:30 – 4:30 on Saturday. Our hours of operation are listed in Pacific Standard Time.
2. Our customer service agent will create an account for you and place your order over the phone. Once this is complete you will still be able to place orders online in the future.

1. Download our new customer order form, or call customer care so that we can email or fax you the form. Click Here to Download
2. Complete the form and fax or mail it back to us.
3. Our Customer Care department will call you to review your customer form.
