Relpax (Generic name: Eletriptan Hydrobromide) is a headache medication to treat migraine headache attacks. Eletriptan HBr is a 5-hydroxytryptamine agonist (triptan). It works by narrowing the blood vessels in the brain, which helps to relieve migraine symptoms including headache pain, nausea, sensitivity to light and sound.
