Stiolto Respimat Information:
Stiolto Respimat is a prescription medication used to control and prevent symptoms caused by ongoing lung disease (COPD). Stiolto contains two medications: Olodaterol and Tiotropium. Olodaterol belongs to a class of medications known as long-acting inhaled beta-agonists (LABAs). Tiotropium belongs to a class of medications known as anticholinergics. This medication works by using both medications to relax the muscles around the airways to make it easier to breathe. For effective results, this medication must be used regularly.
Stiolto Respimat Precautions:
Do not take this medication if you are allergic. Talk to your doctor if you have a medical history of heart problems (chest pain, irregular heartbeat, heart attack), high blood pressure, diabetes, kidney disease, glaucoma (angle-closure type), seizures, overactive thyroid and have difficulty urinating (due to enlarged prostate). Take this medication as directed by your doctor. Consult your doctor for any possible side effects and precautions. If you experience any serious side effects, contact your doctor immediately.
