Alphagan P (Brimonidine) Information

Alphagan P, which contains the active ingredient brimonidine, is an eye medication used to lower elevated eye pressure in people with glaucoma or ocular hypertension, which are conditions that can damage the optic nerve and lead to vision loss. It is administered as eye drops and can be used alone or in combination with other eye pressure-lowering medications.
