Crinone 8% Gel (Progesterone) is used primarily to support pregnancy in women undergoing assisted reproductive technologies like in vitro fertilization (IVF). Crinone 8% Gel Side Effects

Some mild side effects of this medication include abdominal pain, bloating, breast pain, constipation, drowsiness, headache, mood swings, nausea, nervousness, tiredness, vaginal discharge, and vaginal irritation. Stop taking this medicine and contact your doctor immediately if you experience any serious side effects, including the following:
• Allergic reactions such as breathing difficulties, hives, swelling of the face, lips, or throat;
• Abnormal vaginal bleeding;
