The most common Treanda side effects include constipation, cough, diarrhea, dry mouth, fatigue, headache, loss of appetite, rash, nausea, upset stomach, vomiting, and infusion reaction (chills, fever, itching, rash) that may require pre-medications. If you are experiencing any severe side effects such as bleeding, blood in urine, bruising, confusion, fever, infections, jaundice, myelosuppression (decrease in while blood cells, platelets, red blood cells), muscle weakness, or symptoms of a serious allergic reaction (itching, rash, swelling, trouble breathing), please inform your doctor immediately.
Do NOT take Treanda tablets if you are allergic to Bendamustine or any of the ingredients in Treanda mediation. Before taking Treanda, tell your doctor about all medical history especially if you have had any medical problems: blood or bone marrow disorders, fever or signs of infection, kidney or liver disease, metabolic disorder, weak immune system or if you smoke. Tell your doctor if you are taking other prescription drugs and over-the-counter medications, especially: aspirin products and other chemo drugs. Treanda should not be used during pregnancy. Do not breast feed while taking Treanda.
