Afinitor (Generic name: Everolimus) is an oncology drugs used for various conditions:
• Advanced kidney cancer (renal cell carcinoma or RCC) when certain other medicines (sunitinib, sorafenib) have not worked.

Afinitor Side Effects:
The most common Afinitor side effects are abnormal menstrual periods, constipation, decreased appetite, diarrhea, dry mouth, headache, insomnia, nausea, stomach pain, vomiting, etc. If you are experiencing any severe side effects such as chest pain, cough, getting infections, seizures, wheezing, and serious allergic reaction (e.g., rash, hives, difficult breathing, swelling of the face, lips, throat or tongue), please inform your doctor immediately.
