Permax (Generic name: Pergolide Mesylate) is a prescription medication approved to treat Parkinson’s disease. Permax is used to treat the symptoms associated with Parkinson’s disease: stiffness, tremors, spasms, and poor muscle control. Permax is a dopamine agonist and ergot derivative.
